A strong soul connection is essential for growth with stability.
It does not matter how skilled the people on your team are when they start. As an expert, you have the ability to train them, polish them, and elevate them to the professional level you require. However, if people are not strong in their souls, it is often difficult to level them up and achieve your targeted outcomes.
So, remember: we need people with strong souls. You can transform these individuals through coaching, training, and guidance to help them overcome whatever difficult situations arise, ensuring the progress and stability of your team and company.
A strong soul cannot be manufactured by any institution. It is forged by the family—through guidance from the very beginning of childhood, instilling a philosophy of life and humanity, and, most importantly, fostering a continuous connection with the Almighty.
I share this because, from the depths of my soul, I dream of a wonderful community, society, and country where everyone participates equally to improve social life, economic growth, and peaceful relations.
If we have not yet realized this, we must do so now.
We should start with a vision to nurture stronger souls for a better life. We need to spread these good practices to progress from human to human, community to community, society to society, team to team, company to company, and finally, throughout the country.
