The Essential Hygiene of Our Heart
A Culinary Perspective on Internal Cleansing
I always give guidance about personal hygiene, kitchen hygiene, food safety, fire safety, and HACCP. This advice is essential for the Culinary Professional but also applies directly to personal and family life and healthy living.
But today, I want to write about something different—the essential hygiene of Our Heart.
Of course, for a good and healthy life, we must keep our bodies and living areas clean and hygienic. However, the most necessary and important thing is to perform a perfect cleansing: to cleanse Our Heart and free Our soul to generate lasting good.
Remember that the most beautiful and greatest achievements are built upon the purity of Our Heart—whether it’s the heart of an individual, a couple, or an entire team. Without the integrity of a clean heart, it’s impossible to establish role models or create lasting good. This positive cycle must be continued from person to person, and team to team. If this cycle is corrupted by a dirty heart or hearts, the progress earned can be destroyed without warning.
Therefore, while we care about the cleanliness of our body and polished outfits, we must also prioritize the cleanliness of Our Heart. This internal purity generates an unbreakable strength to overcome any unknown, upcoming, harder situations and empowers us to do unbelievable things.
Once again, we must remember to care for the cleanliness of Our Heart along with the cleanliness of your body and shining outfits. This is what makes you greater than the greatest, because a dirty heart can be the cause of a weak soul and a depressed soul. Conversely, a clean heart generates the soul's natural, unbreakable power.
Your Moment of Reflection
Set aside some time for yourself, to look within and figure out what Our Heart needs to do right now.
My soulful prayers and best wishes go out to you who are reading this right now. Have a great tomorrow.
This article is derived from Life Lessons based on analyzing people, organizations, and my own experiences. I only suggest things that I have surveyed and experimented with. Thank you.
